The problem
Agreement paperwork at a small agency tends to be assembled by copying the last similar document, which introduces inconsistency, and status is tracked by memory or by searching an inbox.
The approach
Agreements are generated from maintained templates with engagement specific terms filled in, so every document starts from the current approved language rather than from whatever was sent last time. A dashboard tracks each agreement through its lifecycle, from draft through sent, signed, and active, so status is a lookup rather than a search.
